Who we are
Friends of Oakfield Primary is the parent-teacher association for Oakfield Primary School. We are a volunteer group run entirely by parent volunteers.
What data we collect
- Mailing list sign-ups: your email address and the date and time you gave consent.
- Volunteer sign-ups: your name, email, and phone number (if provided).
- Contact form messages: your name, email, and message.
Why we collect it
We use your data solely to communicate about PTA events, fundraising, and volunteering. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as it's needed. Mailing list subscribers are reviewed annually. Volunteer sign-up data is deleted within 3 months of the event.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Contact us at pta@oakfieldprimary.example.org and we will action your request within 30 days.
